A Passion for Media, Marketing, and Events Planning
Born and raised in Singapore by Indian parents, Vidisha's journey led her to Boston, where she pursued a BA in Media and Communications as well as an MS in Creative Practice Leadership from Northeastern University. Her academic background and international upbringing have shaped her into a well-rounded professional with a global outlook. As she steps into her new position, Vidisha is eager to leverage her communications, media, and marketing skills to support conservation and digitization projects, special programs, and literary events at the Boston Public Library.

A Love for Theatre and the Arts
Beyond her expertise, Vidisha's love for the arts is evident, with active involvement in Boston's theater scene. Her dedication to community engagement led her to us. Her passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences makes her the ideal fit for our organization’s mission of raising awareness and access to the Boston Public Library's vast, free special collection resources
